Default Scrap Glass

Anyone know a shop or place that will give away it's scrap/extra glass for free?
Don't need huge pieces.

Thanks

Not to be nosey or prying but why would you need scrap glass? Do you mean broken glass?

Check the dumpster at a window installation co (with their permission of course). The old windows they replace are going to wind up in their bins.

Lol well done.

I'm actually just looking at bracing some fish tanks that I'm converting to rimless, but if a place had a large enough pieces they were throwing out, I'd look at maybe building a full tank out of them.

Will check some shops close by

Depending on what size you need they may have some end cuts of new glass they would toss out anyways.

Check Crystal Glass and Can-Am glass products. I know that Can-Am has a huge bin that they toss glass in all the time. But they probably recycle it..
