Getting a kid started.

I would like to team up with other members to get a kid started up for fly fishing.
I have a browning fly reel to donate to a kid lets say 12 to 16 years old max. Lets see where it gets. Then need a member to chose the right kid.

Had a pm aking for the reel. Id rather have a complete package to offer. If the offer doesent come up i will consider the pm and see from there wich kid gets it.
