City Run Archery Ranges

Wondering if any of you have a city funded archery range.
So far all I can find is the one owned and operated by the City of Toronto. I'd like to propose a similar range here in Saskatoon.

Provincial and Federal goverments have some awesome sprot grants...years ago we had one for a range I started...
