Default What would this bear score!!!!

Here is the bear i was holding out for.I am very curious as to what you bear

hunters think this bear would or could score as well as his weight.One other

thing how old do you think a bear like this would be?The date on the camera

is wrong.That pic was taken about the 10th of april.He outsmarted me which

never took much

How big are your bait barrels? The lighting of the picture is poor but from what I can see, I would say that that bear would make P&Y. Very little neck on it and the body size is massive.......makes the head actually look small. Bow in hand, an arrow would be flying on a bear like that.

It's a bear worth taking IMO.......Marco

Looks good to me, tough to tell from the pic, but he looks big enough to go into the book.

The barrels are 45 gal drums.He is pretty much as high as them.Do you think
that bear could weigh 400-450 lbs

It would not surprise me.....when you shoot him, then need to move him for field photos, you'll get an idea of the weight Seriously, I don't think that it would be a stretch for him to be up in that 400 lb range......lots of bulk and mass to him and very little neck. Great looking bear.

To me the bear in that pic might make pope but who cares anything you poke with a stick is a trophy.im holdin out for a nice toilet seat cover.

He is a good one.
But you can't judge his size by the barrels,
as they are 10 yards back and the bear is only half as far.
