Best day of coyote hunting ever for me yesterday! Called in a single first 3 minutes & my 10 year old boy dropped him in his tracks at about 120 yards while he was still trotting in. Don’t know who was more excited him or I - lol! Switched calls and about 2 minutes later another one showed from a different direction. Couldn’t get him stopped & he almost ran over decoy. I picked my gun off of tripod & rolled him at about 50 yards after he had past decoy. Beauty double & a super proud dad. He’s been out many times with me before & missed 2 last year. Extra practice through the summer paid off. I think he’s hooked now!
That's awesome, got one too on the wknd. Coyotes got a bit out of control where I am hunting. I will drop a few more in the new year, better fur. Keep it up, and well done teaching the youngster to control predators.
