Default More than a million restricted, prohibited guns in Canada

The Lib's have their panties in a knot again, Wendy Cukier is disappointed Awww

A year and a half after Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's government came to office promising to tighten Canada's gun laws, there are now more than a million restricted and prohibited firearms across the country.
The number of restricted firearms in Canada rose 5.5 per cent last year, reaching its highest point in more than a decade, according to the annual report from the RCMP's commissioner of firearms. There are now 839,295 restricted firearms, many of them handguns.
The number of prohibited firearms in Canada, such as fully automatic guns, edged up 0.5 per cent to 183,333

How can the numbers of fully automatic firearms rise ? Is there some special license I don't know about?

Let me get this horrible news straight... the number of evil guns rose by 5.5%, and?????? Are registered firearms being used in more murders? Doubtful.

Yet there's no rampant blood in the streets.

Cukier is a nut job.

With more drug fuelled firearm thefts that natirally increases the amount of restricted/prohibited owners out there.

It's not increased my inventory one bit. Only difference is how closer I keep them now.

That makes zero sense. Rat faced basterds don't/can't re-register stolen guns.

People are gunnin' up because they still can - and that's a good thing.

Those comments on CBC was good entertainment. That's part of the reason CBC for the most part doesn't allow commenting anymore. As the commenting is usually against there agenda or bashing CBC.

Liked the quote form Tony Bernardo:

"Quite frankly, the Trudeau government really hasn't done very much in regards to attacks on firearms owners in Canada since they got elected. About the only thing they have done is let the RCMP run wild and make up laws as they go."
