Within a week turn around time is my experience. I had a Duplex reticle changed out to a Boone & Crocket reticle in VX III about 12 years back. Cost was about $ 140-150 if I remember correctly. It was the only way at the time to have a silver VX III scope with the BC reticle. I got the scope new for a great deal.

From their website glass reticles cost about $225 and wire reticles cost about $150.
