Issuse with logging onto NAFA account

So this is my first time registering with NAFA and i was given an account # when taken my furs into Westlock. When i try registering it says my account number has been used and it doesn't match my trapping license? Any thoughts of who I contact or how I can get into view my lot #s. Thanks
