Default US firearm parts

Given that most US firearm parts stores and custom shops no longer have international sales due to exporter licensing costs what are the options?

Looking through some Australian sites it looks like many shops do overseas sales and aside from shipping costs for heavy items such as a barrels, ordering a smaller part should be relatively trouble free.

Have any dealt with Oz or other country parts shops and how did that go?

.

I'm not sure why any one would go out of Canada for things like barrels. We have two barrel makers of extremely good reputation right here in Western Canada.
Ron Smith, and Ted Gailliard.

We have composite stock makers like Robinson, and Wildcat.

The only thing I'm not sure we have here in Canada are action builders. But it seems to me there are more than a hand full of ways to get one up here anyways.

So to answer your question, no I have had nothing to do with Australian manufactured firearms parts.

I have'nt had need to. As explained above.
