Well there is the problem... the NDP are quite open about wanting to disarm us, the Liberals have a not so secret agenda to do the same (they just haven't made it part of their platform)... What are you going to do about it?

I think you have stated it all here for me, besides the fact that your comments in my previous discussions have said that you have spent your life in the military environment not the urban metropolis of the world which is black and white. You've proved it to me time and time again. Do you feel better now?

It's very clear to me that he is either too you g to realize just what the military environment entails, airbornedeerhunter- or he is once again simply trolling to keep and argument going .

A few glaring points of modelling Canada's Liberal gun control after the Australians. - Australia does not have an unguarded border with the U.S.A
- An Australian model would leave firearms in the hands of criminals and police. And a few citizens that will tolerate the bureaucracy in order to protect themselves.
- Small towns and rural acreages on the border would be left unprotected to American gun runners.
- A lot of these rural communities and citizens would be waiting 15min to an hour for police to respond to fire arms related issues.
How does this type of control make citizens safer? And considering the R.C.M.P previous track record in illegal gun situations, I belive that an experienced hunter or farmer will have a better chance of surviving then Dudley Do-orite. 
Also, if a criminal suspects that an experienced firearm owner lives in the house or vicinity, they would avoid the confrontation.
