Don't poke the bear 'Diver. Spoke with him earlier and it seems he's on his period right now.

Well I still get tired out fairly easily so I'm still pacing my activities quite a bit. I did manage to get out ice fishing on the 31st for the day, thnaks again Gilligan for taking me fishing even though you caught all the fish I still had a great day out
Health wise I'll be seeing the cardioligist very soon for the first time since my heart attack. I've been seeing my regulay gp in the meantime and I have been having issues with my blood pressure since the heart attack. It's higher than it ever has been and we're working on getting it back under control again which will hopefully be soon

Well so far not much has changed. Saw the Cardiologist a few days ago and we're working on getting the blood pressure issue under control still, hopefully soon
With this nice weather I've been able to get outside a bit more and I'm really enjoying being able to get outside for more walks etc

Yep still taking baby steps and will be for awhile yet.
It's cold here now so no need to be jealous

Wow, I was just reflecting on the fact it's been one year exactly since I had my heart attack. At this time last year I was hooked up to some many different gadgets and gizmos and shot full of enough meds to make a rock band happy.

I'm still getting over some of the resulting issues and side effects but all in all its been an interesting year full of proceedures and Dr's appointments. Still got a ways to go heart wise but making progress non the less.

I'm very thankful for all of the support and well wishes that all of you have made to me and still continue to do so. It all has meant and still means the world to me, so thank you, all of you

Welcome to the survivors club. I had a heart attack 11 months ago . Still re-adjusting too. You are very fortunate to have had the support. I had to go it alone and still do.

Keep well and have faith.
