Default Tokarev pistol

I have a Tokarev mod 54-1 Chinese pistol and I was wondering if anyone had one like it that is being parted out?
I removed the safety from it years ago as it always engaged while firing the 762 x 25 ammo with my fat pudgy hands.
Of coarse i have since lost the parts so i need to find a broken one to get parts from.
Anybody have one or know where i can find these parts???
thanx

Don't know if it has to be the identical pistol. The Tokagypt and a couple of others are basically the same gun, a Tokarev, with an added safety. If anybody has parts for it it would be Gunparts Corporation. The original version just had a half cock notch on the hammer.

Here's a pretty good writeup on the Tokarev safety lever thumb problems;

http://www.alpharubicon.com/leo/tokarev213.htm

Somewhere I've read that some owners have had the safety lever ground down to a nonfunctional button and reblued and just went back to using the half cock safety as the pistol was originaly designed.

Well Marstar had nothing, the Tokarev they carry has no safety.
I'll check out the gunparts corporation place and see.
The only reason I want too put the safety back in is i was planning on thinning the herd when it comes too my gun locker and figgered i couldn't/ shouldn't sell a pistol that has had the safety removed???
