Default Fishing near Edson

Hey guys just wondering if anyone would fill me in on where the trout are rising around Edson this time of year. Gunna be down there this Saturday and would like to hit a river, Ive never fished down there so if someone could give me a name of a decent spot it would be much appreciated.

Most streams in that area are closed right now. I think McLeod is open , chech the regs.

X2. I know alot of those streams like the back of my hand but don't fish them till end of June through into bird season.

Atha b has been good fishing by hinton and obed mine for myself lately. Lots of bows and bull trout

Love the shot of the atha-bow out of the Gregg there, 1899b.

Regarding your question, essentially nothing. The McCleod (downstream from 40) and the Athabasca is all, I believe.

Guns are tools made to use, rain or shine. The birds were holed up in the bush in that wet stuff but the grayling were biting at least. I love stream fishing during bird season. The variety of sport is great!!!

You got it man.

And a lot of times the Mosquitos are gone with a first frost,

And you don't have to buy ruffy feathers for flies,

And you see less people except hunters, and they are not fishing.

Please don't think I was insulting you for carrying a gun while fishing.

I do. And it is all the time, not just hunting season.
