Thanx for posting buddy , phone wouldn't let me . I have very poor sense of smell , maybe a good thing when working with this . I prebaited one spot today and will add this just before I start setting out snares . The bottle is one of those cashew jars from Costco and it holds 3 chopped up tails quite nicely , should liven up a bait site .. I think it would take a lot of vodka to wash this stuff down 58 but I'd be willing to let you try if you want ..lol .

Default beaver tails

Tried the beaver tail and beans. Pretty close to pork and beans but with a hint of castor!
I've had beaver tails (skinned) tanned and made into various items like wallets. My most successful experiment was with an old pair of riding boots. I used the beaver tail to "cap" the toes and the arch of the boots, over the original leather. INDESTRUCTABLE! I sent them in to be resoled when needed, until finally the shoe guy told me to quit bringing them. There was nothing left of the original leather to work with, but the beaver tail looked great up to the day I retired them. Had a second pair done that I just keep for dress. Been using that pair for over ten years.
