Is too bad people don't cover all the angles when building roads, but I bet there are not too many anglers in the development planning of most culverts.

A previous study was funded by ACA in 2002. SFA happened. Both ESRD and Fisheries and Oceans were at the presentation in 2003. Both were aware the law was being broken. Both provincial and federal agencies did nothing.

And looks like yet again Short tells a strange story. There is very few to no cutthroat in Prairie Creek.
