Default Calgary City Code for Door Headers

I have a 55" X 45" Window sitting in a non load bearing wall and I want to replace it with a 32" X 80" prehung door. The house is 20 years old so 2" X 6" jamb size

Can someone advise what header side, jamb size and other dimensions I will require for the frame to make up a rough drawing for the city permit. Or guide me to some link where I read more how to draw up the specs for a permit.

Thanks in advance.

Not saying it's a bad idea to permit this job, but you might be the first person ever to pull a permit to basically replace a door.

My advice would be duplicate what's there now, just at rough opening height for your door. I'd do a double stud either side, with a cripple to carry the header, likely a double 2x6

you don't require a double stud, but a 2x6 stud and cripple would be just right.
2x6 double (not required) header and probably a 3/8 plywood spacer.
