Default Pembina river (park by entwistle)
Any of you guys ever fly fish for pike out there on the river?
(Pembina by entwistle)


I'll be heading out next week to give it a try I'll let you guys know

Nice stream I know there's pike and walleye In there so why not give it a try!

You might want to check the regs. Closed til June 1 from what I've read.

Don't see why you couldn't catch 'em on the fly once it's open though.

Theres goldeye..and burbot in there too and those pike minnows orwhatever theyre called good luck pembinas one of my faves for walleye

Closed from 753 to Hwy 43 until June 1. My map shows Entwistle on that stretch. Definatlely closed.

Gotcha was going to check again before next week thanks tho

Ya to my understanding by entwistle only pike and walleye

Any of you guys FLY fish out there?

I spent a couple weeks out there last summer. Fly fished every day. Caught a number of walleye. Didn't see a single pike. Caught pneumonia as well...

Oh yeah...They were all caught either on a black conehead or a black and orange clouser.
