Default Browns

I'm hoping to go on the nsr on Friday,I want to target browns with a fly but what should I try its my first time after browns.im thinking strike indicater with a minnow imitation.

First off where on the NSR are you fishing for Browns. Hope your pretty high up. Stoneflies are moving around right now so a nice big black stone under an indicator might work.

his hopes really aren't set that high, if he knows what portion of it to fish.... Theres a lot of river above drayton....

iv caught lots of nsr but they are usually beat up and rough looking fish from sitting on the rocks in the fall. best bet is a large streamer swinging them in the seems. I haven't caught any browns by drayton but thats not to say there not there.

The criks where those browns were stocked in 80's.
