Default Sako 75 Finnlight Fair Price

Guy's,

What would be a fair price for a good used Sako 75 Finnlight .270 WSM? I have found one but I beleive it is over priced but maybe I am wrong?

Thanks in advance.

New ones go for about $1500 - $1600. For a used one, I would consider how "used" it is, if it comes with a scope, rings, bases, etc. to determine a fair price.

About $200.00. And slightly less for a host of others.

I would like to know what the true cost of a gun is. They are mass produced, and what with CNC and other automation doing all the work...what does it cost to produce the average gun?

And far as I know, the middle men only add about 25 points to the cost. I have heard that your friendly neighbourhood shopkeeper is lucky if he can get 15 points on a sale.

I will bet the large bulk of the price of a rifle is in the form of tax grabs by those fart suckers at Revenue Canada.

Default Finnlight

For just the rifle I would say in the ballpark of $1000-1200.

I just paid $1600 shipped for a Sako m75SS 300WM with stainless Optilok rings & bases with a Leupold VX3 3.5-10x50 with Alumina Flip-ups and a hard plastic rifle case. The rifle was in very good-excellent condition. Bought it from a guy in BC from another hunting forum. Just shot the rifle yesterday, Shoots great with the factory ammo the other guy used. The sight in setting was still the same even after shipping.

Sakoman, whats the guy asking if you dont mind?
