Default Need Help With Nylon 66

I have an old nylon 66, I took the gun apart a couple years ago not knowing what I got my self into. I would imagine that I have lost a piece or 2, I am looking for someone in southern Alberta that has a parts gun, and someone who could help me put it back together. This is a great site and I am glad that I found it. Keep it going everyone, this is great.

THANKS

P.S ANYONE WHO HAS A NYLON 66 DO NOT TAKE APART UNLESS YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING!!!!!!!!!!!!

LOL!!!

Well I guess I am not the only one. I had my nylon half in a jar for several months. I knew I had all the parts but just could not get them all in the right places. I was going to take it to a gunsmith and have him do it together. But finally I worked at it and tryed this and that and got her put back and functioning. Shoots pretty good as well.

Sorry I can't help you out but good luck to ya!

Robin

Do you have access to a fax machine?
I can fax you the instructions, but you may also be able to get them online.

I have come across some parts for a 66. Let me know if you need something, I may have it. I also have a rimfire book someplace. I'm going through some boxed stuff and may find it as well. It had instructions in it.
Except for aligning the ejector, it really isn't bad, but getting that part in correctly is a majpr PITA.
