Just another Feel Good government initiative that will accomplish nothing.
The problem lies with the Judiciary and they don't even go there, other than hiring more prosecutors, so the perps can get back on the street faster.

I agree. I gave them a good blast. Too bad it will be weeded out as controversial and not used in the 'CBC style report'.
But I was able to speak my mind without being filtered.
