Watch for the blockades to go up, pallet burning and AR15 waving. Meanwhile the RCMP will hang out at the donut shop.

The railroad don’t need to stop the trains for improvised blockades , the trains just need some forward firing water cannons capable of blowing junky old trucks and pallet structures off the tracks. Don’t tell me they can’t include 3 tanker cars in the train for the purpose. I’m sure that they have ample power from the locomotives for some monstrous electric pumps as well. Anything that can blast a car off the tracks can also blast deranged protesters first, just use the lower setting for that and then hit the high setting for the rest

Re-introduce the front wedged push guards like back in the day of the old steam engines along with your idea. The water cannons can also put out the fires

Whose out of work and want to rally and block critical infrastructure in Ontario?

We Albertans demand a high paying green job that May and Justin promised.

why take the fun out of it. use a higher setting then less repeat offenders just have a big loudspeaker facing front with a 10 second SKODEN blast. then unleash the waterdogs, they wanna fight give them a fight

Insulated tanks with a heat source to keep them above freezing in the winter. (but only around 4C, not warm). A hose-down at -30C would sure be entertaining!

Been workin on the pipeline since January. Things starting to roll on the b.c part of the project. Sheeze a go. Canada needs the money and it doesn't fall from the sky but you can extract it from the ground.

All the Canadian courts are getting tired of these repeat " Beating a Dead Horse" attempts. I believe it is number 12-15 for TMX pipeline.
The positive news is that just under 5000 individuals of All races are working on the pipeline now.

Where's the blowhard leader from Squamish FN that was soaking up all the camera time when he was getting all these injunctions?

Pretty quiet today..

I agree.
I don't even work for a railroad and never have, although I've been around locomotives on certain jobs, and talked to CN and CP yardmen etc, so I'm well aware of just how "unstoppable" and how "immense" even a small switch-engine can be.
Trains are nothing to take lightly, even at Heritage Park.

Locomotives are the second-closest thing to the proverbial "irresistible force" that people talk about sometimes (bulldozers are the first).

So if they come to a "blockade" - OPEN THE THROTTLE instead of braking, and let Darwin decide what happens to anarchists!
