There isn’t really a form per say, but there’s an online portal where you fill out your info, upload a picture, and make payment.

If you have a restricted firearm, expect a letter in the mail looking for range membership. The email you can email a picture of your membership to is cfpcfounit@rcmp-grc.gc.ca

Default no good

I don't do much on the computer, much less send pics and forms. The Red Deer range doesn't even have a membership # after I bought another membership? I can see this turning into a cluster.

Was the easiest of processes doing it online. Lady from the center helped me a lot when I did my first online renewal. Coached me thru it as I did it. Emailed my selfie I took, she confirmed it was fine and just before she left she gave me the fax number to the CFO in Edmonton to fax a copy of my range membership to the next day. No need for a range membership number, just a copy of your membership.

I went online, the other day, and they wanted $80 to renew my RPAL. Isn't it supposed to be free before March 20th?

Post PAL or RPAL Renewal link

Here is the link to the online renewal application for an existing (non-expired) license:
https://rcmp-grc-5614-form.pdffiller.com/
Hit the "Get Form" button to access the online application.
While many people will submit their forms and photos via the online method, I prefer registered mail for the proof of signature. It has worked well so far.
