Migratory Game license link

Hey Guys
I was looking for the link to purchase migratory bird license online and came across this......started filling it out and realized that they are talking about 2015 license.....does anyone have a fresh link or should I just proceed with this one.

The permit is good from Sept till August iirc. The 2016 permits won't be available till late August or early Sept.

Why are you trying to buy one now?
