Bombardier: what a beauty!
So Bombardier can't deliver on it's contracts on time, and when they do finally make delivery it's an inferior over priced product apparently. But hey, even though I would never buy shares, I still get to help finance them as a taxpayer. Beauty! Vive la Quebec, eh?

Why would Bombardier want to operate as a successful business when taxpayers keep on bailing them out after every screw up?
I'll NEVER buy a Bombardier product......ever.

Think some should research BRP versus Bombardier. Two totally different corporations now and have been since early 2000’s I believe.
As for Bombardier, they have been bailed out by most every federal government, conservative or liberal this century it seems.
Bombardier does have serious issues it seems by the missed contractual deadlines and questionable quality control reports we read and hear about.

Quelle surprise!
Over the past several years, I've flown extensively for work. Both West Jet and Scare Canada. The primary short hop aircraft has been Bombardier's Q400.
Mechanically / flight wise speaking, it's a stout, nimble and seemingly reliable machine.
However, the interior deterioration over the past two years has been astounding. Even the exterior of these airplanes is beginning to show premature wear and tear. They remind me of first generation Hyundai's.
I was never a nervous flyer, but with each successive trip I have a growing unease and a terrible feeling that we are going to see a tragedy with one of these things sooner rather than later.
I hope I'm wrong, but....

Did they ever get that sorted out ? Seems there were law suits in progress there.

I’d assume it’s a done deal since they had one of the bombardier cars on display outside of Bonnie Doon mall this past summer. It had the ETS badging and paint job.

Exactly, worked for thier company for 18 months and well I was disgusted with the whole experience so moved on, real easy decision.

Bombardier is much like a leaky boat, needs to bailed out quite often or it will sink.
