Buying a new WIN card

So when you buy a new card on albertarelm do they send you a new copy in the mail? My old card expired so I bought a new one like two and a half weeks ago and I never received it, am I missing something here?

They mail it out to you,last one I did online and had no issues. Give it a bit,seems no ones in a rush these days to deliver anything.

They can take quite a long time, over a month in some cases. Your number is the same anyway, you don't actually need the physical card for anything.

My girlfriend renewed hers last year. Same number.
Only thing is it took 8 weeks to get in the mail.
You can still apply for licenses and draws once you renew it online. Just wont have the new card for a bit
