Default **PHOTOS** east dollar lake float tube results

went float tubing out at east dollar lake about 20 minutes north of valleyview. caught 3 pigs, biggest 15 inches, smallest 12 inches. lots of bites, some snapped my tippet. all in all great success. was using some kind of beetle/emerger pattern (hard to explain, had a beetle type torso with hair coming out of each end), presented it like a dry fly at first then a streamer if nothing rose.

im a catch and release fisherman when the fish are native and low in numbers, but I'll take my share of fish home when fishing stocked pothole lakes.

Wicked job. I fish there regularly. I have found that poaching is rampant on this little pond though. Have called in a few times. I have no problem with people keeping fish as long as it is legit. Are you from the area? If you are shoot me a pm and maybe we can hit up some trout this week.
