Traplines for Sale: Nice if classifieds were in one place

Maybe this has been proposed here before, but it would be nice (for potential buyers) if there was a one stop shop like an MLS for anyone who wanted to sell their trapline, like a website that was linked to the ATA or SRD. Even a sticky on here would help.

Harry mccowwan's website has traplines for sale....never seen any on there in Alberta although I wish there was.....most of the ones for sale right now are in BC.
