Default An urgent message from the Canadian University Shooting Federation (CUSF) team

The Canadian University Shooting Federation was started with the goal to foster shooting sports among today’s University and College students. With shooters coming from all backgrounds, be it hunting, recreational or no experience at all, CUSF encourages young adults to get engaged in all types of events.

In these trying times for our shooting and hunting community in Canada, we are ramping up our sports and education programs for a country wide “assault” on educating and informing our communities about the nature of shooting and hunting. Our team is preparing to expand in a variety of new programs, designed to engage Canadian youth in traditions, such as Trap/Skeet and hunting, throughout the country.

We need your help! Please like and share our page to get the word out that more education events and programs are coming.
Additionally, becoming a member (cusf.ca/membership) and volunteering are a real way that you can give youth the opportunities to try our sport and hobby! We are teaming up with major foundations, companies, education facilities and celebrities to get this rolling. Much more is on the horizon and our team is working hard to do our part in helping expand our amazing community in Canada.

Please again like and share our Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and brand new Youtube channel to be notified on events coming to a town near you!
Find links to all of these at cusf.ca, or just click the links bellow.

Thank you for your time and happy shooting!

We sure need a lot more people involved in the shooting sports. Hope there will be some promotion of Metallic Silhouette shooting.

The University of Calgary has club called the "The University of Calgary Firearms Association"

Are they part of the Canada University Shooting Association?

In America the fastest growing sport is High School trap shooting.
Minnesota alone had nearly 13k registered shooters last year. In numbers participating it is second only to football now.
It is a spring season sport with state championships in June.

Not sure what happen with the YouTube and Facebook links, it was a copy paste.
Here are the proper links:

The University of Calgary Firearms Association is indeed a partner of ours!

I will try to contribute more to the forum, I am new to this and BC based. I can see if we can find someone local to Alberta to manage our stuff here.

excellent, I should have not been so short

However getting money in these tough times for albertans is difficult as much of excess funds to for groceries for others

Perhaps 50 posts of pictures, events, accomplishments and so on would then open up our wallets

and being from bc is our neighbor but many of my friends are set upon by bc it’s keying their cars and so on

Anyway welcome and contribute we are a better lot than I most of the time
