Only about 10# difference from base engine 2.3 to L87 (eco is cast iron and 6.2 is alum, 5.3 is the same). I want to like the eco but when a v8 is not much heavier, 100+hp over the 2.3 and its more reliable its hard to ever consider the 2.3.

There’s no way there’s only 10lbs difference between the weight of the motors. A fully kitted KEM 6.2 is allmost 800lbs with all the heavy manifolds That 4 cylinder weighs in around 450lbs. Everything else you said is spot on!!! The reliability isn’t really known yet for them. Firefish also stopped selling them due to many issues.
