Canada Day Evening at Chickakoo Lake

It was a gorgeous evening out at the lake and i would not have spent it any other way then fishing with the family. Took my little sister for her first outing on a boat today and she managed to hook into a beautiful rainbow. We were trolling len thompsons and having good results. I even managed to get a bigger bow to bite into one of my rapala countdown cranks... haha what a great time!

yes is a beautiful lake that has tons of shore fishing spots as well. Along with picnic tables fire pits as well. For shore fishing, just follow the path people have made around the lake and you'll find many spots =)
