Holy smokes that's a nice eye. Can't imaging the feeling when you finally see that at the hole. Then have to finish the deal . The smiles say it all. Congrats. I like the photo bomb wave from the person behind you.

Monster! Congrats! Looks like a pretty large lake judging by the shore line, or lack thereof lol

Great fish! A real beauty. I caught a 13lb5oz when I was a kid that looked pretty well just like that one. Family feasted on it but we should have got it mounted! Way to go!

Great fish! Just curious, was it a sun riser or sun setter?

Welcome to the forum.

I wouldn't expect a response if I were you regarding specific details on what lake or river, or where it was when people post up pics of big fish. People seem to protect lakes and watersheds as this is a public forum viewed by thousands.

In other words, if you don't get a response, or you get a few strange (or sometimes rude) comments you will know why.

It's nothing personal.

Some people do tell, but most will not (particularly if it's a trophy, or a real nice haul).

Either way, enjoy the forum, you will learn lots (all of us have) and share your thoughts and pictures. It's a rewarding place sometimes.
