Lots of crown land and oil field roads in that zone. With the snow it should be easier to see where the bush herds are moving around. I can't help on land owners. Good luck.

My trapline in located in middle of WMU 346. I have not seen a elk track this winter, lots of wolves. You will need contacts in farming areas to find elk.

Have a lot at long lake since 2013. Just seen some trap line signs along cricks creek road. Just wondering if it was him. Yea. We have the elk figured out already.

Is it worth coming down from whitecourt area and heading south along the roads and get out an walk some? Last weekend to fill a tag. Help appreciated!!

Otherwise i was thinking the Emerson Creek road from edson. Ive been there a few times but no such luck. Hard to find them around shiningbank as well.
