Default Red Deer Meat Processing Course

Hi all
SCI Red Deer chapter will be hosting a meat processing course on January 14th, and a sausage party (how to make your own sausage) February 25th here in Red Deer.
This is a hands on type event that will walk you through from start to finish with a local butcher of 35 years leading the way!
So if your interested in picking up a little knowledge and meeting some local sportsman, come and join us!
Space is limited limited for both outings with prizes and takeaways at both.
Price is $20 non members and $5 for SCI members per event. Membership can be purchased at event.

The meat processing will start at 1pm and probably last 2-3 hours.

We have a location lined up, contact David for directions (info in the initial post).
As of earlier today there are only a handful of spots left for this coming weekend... should be fun!

I saw SAIT is offering a Hunters butchering course now, a six hour course.
