Default Gun Range Memberships

Just curious if anyone knows the rough number of memberships sold per year at the different ranges around Alberta? Thanks in Advance.

Evergreen Shooting Club is capped at 500 primary memberships. They have made their cap a while back.

Rocky Rod & Rifle club was just above the 700 mark if I recall for this 2017 year. """Could be off on the exact number."

I'm not sure what its capped at, was told to renew my member-ship before years end.

Would hate to loose my spot since many ranges are pretty full from what I heard.

Taking out 1 for the Homestead range for 2018 year coming up.

Camrose is around 800. Fort McMurray was around 2500, and Sherwood Park around 4500.

We're just curious too ... why would you want to know? Are you doing some sort of study, or is this just a passing whim?

Just curious... seems to be hard to find gun ranges around Alberta that aren't full.

Certainly the case for for any Range within an hour drive of a large population center.

There's lots around Edmonton that aren't full.

I hear ya, and understand ... especially if you live in Calgary like you do!

My suggestion is to contact the gun ranges in (and near) Calgary to find out when there might be openings for new members. The gun club I belonged to in Calgary (C&DTSA) before I moved to BC, often had a few openings for new members early in the year (Jan/Feb) before they filled up for that year.

Keep an eye on their website ... http://www.cdtsa.ca/
