I have called the usual Gun stores looking for either a

Browning Hells Canyon in 7mm-08
OR
Tikka T3x Light Stainless in 7mm-08

There isn't a Hells Canyon of any caliber anywhere I called. I'd be open to other caliber option in that gun.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Shooters choice has the Tikka in blued.

PnD's website says they have a hells canyon speed 28Nosler.

Try Warehouse sports in St. paul, he had a couple last time I was there.
Canadian tire in St. Paul has or had one in 6.5 creedmoor
Frontier bay sporting goods has one, but not sure which calibre.
