Default 840 cfcw request line no more!!

Listening today and pete hicks announced the 9 am request line is done!! Going to miss it as a lot of great music was played.

That was the only thing I liked about cfcw, not the music but the people who called in.

I remember one day a few years back Ruthy from lac LA biche phoned in and when Pete asked her who she was sending out her song to she said" I hope my sister Sandy is listening because her phone is broken and so is my car and I need her to pick me up smokes" absolute classic!!

Liked the old generation of cfcw. Don't care much for Stella and Danny. The Ukrainian hour would seem like two hours of bohunk bliss when out baling hay. Lol

It's a country music radio station that broadcasts across most if not all of Alberta. Used to be 790CFCW until a few years ago.
