I had one, it shot 40's, 50's, 52's, 55's and 60's very well.
Lighter pills liked H322, heavies liked Benchmark.

I have a Savage 16 FLHSS in .223, which has the same 22" barrel with a 1:9" twist.

Mine likes 40gr Hornady Vmax factory ammo, and really shines with 68gr BTHP match & 24.5 grains of Varget.

Most come 1:9 so good to 70 grains. You can get them with a 1:7 barrel also for those that want to shoot the heavier bullets. The 1;9 shoots great with anything from 40 grains to 69 grains, but I did not try heavier than 69. Benchmark is a great powder for accuracy and speed.
