Default Arrows...

What you guys shooting now? Seems like everything is through the roof anymore. I've shot mostly CE over the last few years, since I couldn't find cheap Eastons anymore. I only bought them on sale so usually managed to get a dozen for $80 or so.

I don't shoot competition, just hunt and do some fun shooting. I hunt out to 50 yards, shoot out to 70 or 80 at home, and I've never had an issue shooting middle of the road arrows. Even the cheap Easton Powerflights served me well on gophers out to 50 yards.

So that said, whats out there for decently priced and performing arrows? I keep a watch on Cabela's (Wholesale website seems useless anymore) but haven't heard much about alot of the newer arrows out there and would rather buy something that others have had decent luck with.

Head over to the deer crossing archery website and order a dozen of the eco hunter arrows to try.

From what i have read they are a real good arrow for a real good price.

Default Gold tip

I used to shoot CX Mayhem arrows but they are pretty pricey. I am shooting Gold tip now they are the Hunter XT http://www.goldtip.com/productdetail.aspx?ptid=190
They are a tough arrow and will not break the bank. They are just as accurate for me as my CX ones were, got a robin hood at 30 yards not that long ago.

Have a look at them, if you want to cheaper than that there are the Hunters or even Warrior arrows that GT makes.

Good Luck with your search, let us know what you end up with.

Default Bass Pro GT Deer Hunters

Cheapest Arrows I've ever seen are Gold Tip Deer Hunter arrows. 6 for $25 on sale at Bass Pro only twice a year, once during the summer, and again just before Christmas.

I get these to practice out at farther distances. i must have a dozen or so lost in the woods at my In-laws farm.

Wow, $50 a dozen is dirt cheap. Thanks for the heads up, I'll keep my eyes open for them.

Depending where you are and your draw length I have some very lightly used Easton powerflights in 340 spine I would sell cheap.
