Default Butcher around Edmonton

Just harvested my first elk and I am wondering where I should take some of the meat to be made up in sausage and pepperoni. Looking for someone good around the Edmonton area.

Thanks

I would use either Real Deal Meats or K & K.

I was very happy with Victoria fancy sausage. Nice staff, good sausage and jerky. Meat cut and wrapped- it was packed and labeled well. No complaints.

Real deal x3. Make sure they have room for an elk, small butcher.

It will just be chunks of meat as me and my buddy cut it all ourselves. If I knew how to post pics I would. It's not a giant by no means small 4x4. But my first elk and with a bow as well.
Thanks for all the help.

Used to go to Victoria Sausage for number of years but got tired of poor cuts and hair in the meat. Tried Grassy Lane near New Serepta and really impressed. First class operation and quality cutting and wrapping. Terrific garlic sausage!!
