Default Pelt Handling Lynx- NAFA vs FH

I noticed that FH wants the feet skinned out and NAFA wants the foot completely removed from the pelt (like a coyote or fox). Why the difference? FH doesn't want to lower lip so there is no chance it's for taxidermy purposes.

I hope doing them without the feet is the way to do them cause I just skinned my first one like a coyote

I have always cut the feet off but I have always shipped NAFA too. I do try to get as much fur off the top of the foot as I can but never bother with toes.

I was just watching some of the wild births videos today and he skins out the entire paw on all his lynx and he always go to fur harvesters with his pelts. I guess just do it according to who you send it to

I have done it both ways! Way quicker to cut off the feet, but finished pelt looks much better with the feet skinned out!

I can't say what the pricing structure at the sales are, as of today but not that long ago, it was not worth the effort to do out the feet for the difference in price and the time it took..
