Default Snaring coyotes with a kill pole

Does anybody out there use rebar kill poles for open country snaring? If so what size rebar 5/8" or 1/2" ? How long ect? Pictures would be great if you got.

Check out the archives at trapperman.com I don't use kill poles but there's lots of info over there.

Make sure u use 5/8 rebar for kill poles. 1/2 bends to easy.

Craig O'Gorman has had great success with kill poles. I have used them had success but couldn't get away without a catch circle and the coyotes tearing the ground up. But a kill pole with a senneker kill spring is deadly as ever.

We're running kill springs exclusively now , Im just thinking Im going to have to make longer extensions on my snares. Im ithching to try this at a few bait sites.
