Default Pet insurance?

Who has it? Is it worth it? Who has the best rates? Thinking it might be a good idea for our mutt until I got quoted between 40-70$ per month for 3000-10000$ coverage per year.

We dove into it with our latest dog. Our last one ended up with epilepsy so thought it'dbe good. Premiums have been steadily climbing and havn't used it in 2 years. Really thinking it's a waste of money. Will prob cancel it soon. Thinking about it, even with our epileptic dog, I don't think we would have made our money back on premiums even with her extensive vet bills

Always having a dog as a family companion and on the farm have never paid much to get one, but have always had good dogsthat mean a lot to us so whatever they need they get. I was always under the thought that if one paid a substantial amount to purchase the dog/pup, that insurance was to protect the investment.

if you don't get it at least start a savings account in the amount of the premium and then if somethings goes wrong you'll have something to fall back on, if all is good then you'll end up with $$$ in the bank

Default Pet Insurance

Seeing lots of negative reviews... Pet insurance saved my ass bigtime. 3000 leg surgery ended up costing me $900. $40/month seems fair to me.
