Default house rental cheap
I have a house that I need to rent out for 3 to 6 months I will be tearing it down after located by the Elks Golf course

Rent it to some college kids, and tell them your plans for it. They might help with the demolition. And pay you rent at the same time.

Good idea about a SAIT student . If anyone needs a place for a few months while attending SAIT in Maryland Heights or on !6ave I will give you a great deal.
