Default Percussion Revolver Conversion Cylinder

I would like to order a cartridge conversion cylinder out of the States and was wondering if anyone had any experience doing that. Or does anyone know of a shop in Canada that has them. It's for a Pietta 1858
Thanks

First, no experience.

Secondly, Buffalo Arms sells them, but states that: "No foreign orders will be shipped without an export permit, no exceptions." This seems the standard ruling everywhere that sells them now from the US.

Thirdly, when I bought my Pietta Remington, I looked around everywhere on line in Canada, with no luck. It seems that due to the rather specialized and limited interest today in cap & ball revolvers, and the high cost of these cylinders especially, nobody is importing them that I am aware of.
