Default Hot tubs in Edmonton

The wife and I are looking to buy a hot tub. Any recommendations of where to purchase one from?
We've looked at arctic spas, Polar spas, Sun ray, Beachcomber and a few others.

I've read good and bad reviews on all the places but would like some real life experiences.

Thanks.

We had a polar spas tub, it was a lemon. Always a fight to get work done.

Have only had mine a year so I can't speak to ongoing service, but I dealt with Dynasty in Red Deer and Michelle was excellent to deal with.

The two happiest days are when you fill the hot tub for the first time....and then when you drain it to sell it

Bingo!! Pain in the Butt, and they are expensive to run and maintain.

I'll put in a second vote against Polar Spas (in Edmonton) I had a really bad experience with that outfit. Had a warranty issue that he never did deal with, and when I contacted the manufacturer, I found there was a whole court case going on with the use of the name Polar spa, he was at the center of it. I do love Hot Tubs but this one experience has really soured it for me.

I think they have a sale on right now, too.

I have had 2 spas, both Arctic Spa. Love 'em. Really don't find the upkeep on them difficult at all.
