One of my favorite nymphs I like to tie and use !

Nice job! I like that fly too. I've had good luck with that pattern. Willing to sell any?

Do you notice a difference in head colors?

I usually tie mine with gold beads but have tried silver and black beads but haven't really noticed a difference.

I see you tie them with green heads.

This is one of the nymphs I use all the time along with a few others.

If you want another good bead head nymph to tie try an evil weevil original color and other colors.

tie them in allll black and then you have a deadly pattern

I've had luck with green, red and black bead heads, I match the ribbing to the color of the bead, that green bead was deadly this summer for me on lakes and rivers..

They are awesome patterns to use, agreed. I really like the soft hackle variation as they will pass for many different items on the menu.
