RAGE IN THE CAGE...Archery Bull Elk!!!!
Here is my 2010 Archery Bull Elk from up north of Grand Prairie.
I shot him from my Summit climber at 25 yards.
He bugled and I answered once and then cow called a few times then sat quiet.
3 cows and this bull came down the trail right to my ambush spot.
He's my first Bull with a bow!
My other 2 bulls I have taken had been with a rifle and 1 other cow I got with a bow up at Ya-ha Tinda.
The cows came by first then the bull and they took the trail going away from my stand.
He was steeply quartering away from me when my Pse Omen launched a Rage 2 blade at him when he stopped.
The broadhead entered near the back of the ribs and pounded up into his chest and through the liver and a lung.
The 5x5 ran 80 yards and fell over.
This was my first kill with a Rage broadhead and as you can see from the wound pictures it's a killer!!!!!
The entry cut was massive and the Elk started bleeding instantly and left a good blood trail.

That's a massive hole, the blood trail must of been like following a painted line. Congrats on your first achery bull, great job!

Congrats on a great bull. I agree those rage broadheads do a number. I have a video of my hunting partner taking a bear two years ago and all I can say is that anyone that watches, drops their jaws and can't believe it.

Fantastic,Nice archery kill. These pictures are killing me i had to come back to work on sept 8th, Mabey one of the hardest things i have had to do...lol...
