Input on any of the marcum flashers?

Am really considering of getting one, but never have used one before and I would appreciate it if someone could tell me which one has the best bang for your buck. I was thinking somewhere in the middle, perhaps the lx-5, but if its really worth spending the extra money then I would. Also how long do the batteries last on continual run time?

I just purchased my first flasher and after much research I settled on the Marcum LX5 and have had no regreats. It is easy to use have used it in shallow water(less than 10 fow and it sorks great. there is bigger units out there but if you purchase one of these units you will have no regreats. the interference rejection mode that it has works awsome if you have other people around you with flashers.

I have the Lx-7. I like it. Very easy to use plus any time Marcum comes up with an upgrade you just hook it to your computer and it's done. I highly recommend this unit.

you should get all day easily. If not you have a bad battery.

Thanks for the the help. I just bought a lx-7. What do the marcum updates do for this unit?
