Default Fur/Skinning shed size

I am looking at building a new fur shed hopefully in the next year. Right now I'm using a little 8x8 shed that doesn't really cut it.

I would like to heat it with a wood stove that I have here, but may also be looking at a secondary heat source, just in case the stove goes out when I'm drying or thawing furs.

What size have you guys found to work for you? I don't want to go hugen I was thinking 12x16 or 14x16. I would like enough room to thaw out the sled inside if required.

Thanks!

I built a 16x20 and 12 feet high. It all depends on how much fur you want to work on at a time. It all needs a place to go. I put in a cement slab and use infloor heating. It works great for thawing out fur. I like being comfortable when I'm working, not squished.
